复方次氯酸钠对坑道空气的消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对坑道空气的消毒效果。方法用空气微生物采样器采样和培养方法,对该消毒剂气溶胶消毒坑道空气的效果进行检测。结果用有效氯浓度为1 000 mg/L的该复方次氯酸钠消毒液,以10 ml/m3用量进行气溶胶喷雾,作用30 min对坑道空气中自然菌平均消亡率为99.7%,对空气中真菌平均消亡率为99.1%。结论用有效氯浓度为1 000 mg/L的复方次氯酸钠消毒剂进行气溶胶喷雾,对坑道内空气具有较好的消毒效果。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant to the air in the tunnel. Method Microbial air sampler to sample and culture were used to evaluate the disinfection effect of the disinfec- tion aerosol. Results Using compound sodium hypochlorite disinfection containing 1 000 mg/L available chlorine with 10 ml/m3 of disinfectant for aerosol spraying disinfection , operation for 30 min in the tunnel, the eliminated rate of natural bacteria was 99.7%, the eliminated rate of fungi was 99.1%. Conclusion Using compound sodium hypochlorite disin- fection containing 1 000 mg/L available chlorine with 10 ml/m3 spraying has good disinfection effect to the air in the tun- nel.
