摘　　要：论述了特奥大学计划在福建省高校间开展的情况,指出特奥大学计划领域存在相关科研匮乏、实践活动缺乏总结等问题。同时提出当前发展特奥大学计划须从加强理论、实践研究;增加与地方特奥学校的交流;发展完善推广"计划"的组织机构等3个方面推进特奥大学计划向更广、更深的领域发展。This article discusses the Special Olympics University Program carried out among universities in Fujian province,pointing out that the plans for Special Olympics University lack relevant research and practice.It stresses that in order to develop Special Olympics University Programs,more researches must be done;as well as increase exchanges with the local Special Olympics schools;and promote ＂plan＂ and other organizations for the Special Olympics.
