摘　　要：本文介绍了一种整流元件的温度监测与保护装置,用于解决整流器元器件过热烧毁的问题。本装置由直流电源、温度检测电路、多通道A/D转换器、CPU以及保护执行电路组成,通过深入的剖析,对如何有效保护大功率电力电子设备的安全进行了阐述。This article introduces a kind of temperature monitoring and protection system which is intended to solve the overheating problem of rectifier parts and components. This system comprises DC power supply, temperature detecting circuit, multi-channel A/D converter, CPU and protection performing circuit. Through in-depth analysis, the paper illustrates how to effectively protect the high-power electrical and/or electronic devices.
