摘　　要：迫于现实军事与政治的压力,西魏国家长期奉行"关中本位政策"。该政策将关中地域视作政权统治的根本,更将武川集团与地方武力融冶为一体,引导两类政治团体共同以关中作为乡土,一同卫护本乡本土,抗击来自乡土以外政治敌人的军事侵扰以及维护乡土内部的政治稳定。West Wei Dynasty has chronically pursued the policy of Guan Zhong Ben Wei under the military and political pressure.This policy views Guan Zhong areas as the core of political ruling.Moreover,it combined Wu Chuan Group with Local Force,directed these two political groups to make Guan Zhong their homeland,and protected it together.Furthermore,it conducted them against the military attack from political foes outside the homeland and safeguarded the political stability inside the homeland as well.
