摘　　要：从深入分析我国的合同能源管理(EMC)应用现状及融资存在的现实问题入手,借鉴国外融资租赁的经验,论述我国EMC的项目融资租赁模式创新及包括四个主体在内的模式操作程序,并提出完善性建议。The paper firstly analyses the application status of Contract Energy Management（EMC） and practical problems in financing,uses the finance lease experience of other countries for reference,discusses the finance lease mode innovation of EMC and the operating procedure involving four principal parts,and provides several integrity suggestions.
