摘　　要：目的:建立安血胶囊的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对处方中的益母草、川牛膝进行定性鉴别;用HPLC-ELSD法测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;黄芪甲苷在2.72～13.60μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;平均回收率为99.03%,RSD=1.21%(n=9)。结论:所建方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于安血胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective： To establish the quality control standard of Anxue capsules. Method： Leonuri Herba and Cyathulae Radix were identified by TLC, and the content of astragaloside Ⅳwas determined by HPLC-ELSD. Result： The spots of samples could be separated well with high specificity. Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2.72-13.60 μg （r =0. 999 5 ）. The average recovery was 99. 03% with RSD of 1.21% （n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Anxue capsules.
