基于Windows Service的Office批量处理系统的实现与测试

摘　　要：在当今的社会中,往往需要企业去处理大量的合同或是企划书等等之类的文档,如果采用手动修改,则极浪费人力,又不能确保能够及时准确地完成任务,而一旦出现错误,则会直接影响到企业的利益,本文基于微软的基础平台开发库设计了一个Windows Service程序,可以完全实现Windows自动处理大量文档,其中包括添加水印、修改页眉页脚内容,以及自动设置密码,并通过对XML的读取来实现对Windows Service的控制,为企业提供最大程度的便捷。本文详细的介绍了Windows service的软件设计流程及开发过程,并对系统的性能进行了测试。In today＇s society,we often need to enterprise to deal with a lot of contract or project proposals,etc documents,if using manual amendment,then and waste of human,also cannot ensure to complete tasks in a timely and accurate,and once appear mistake,it will directly affect the enterprise＇s benefit,based on the basis of Microsoft platform development libraries designed a Windows Service procedure,we can fully realize Windows automatic processing of documentation,including adding watermark,modify the header and footer content is automatically set password,and through the XML to read to achieve Windows Service control,provide enterprises with the greatest degree of convenience.This paper introduced the Windows service of software design process and development process,and on the system＇s performance test.
