硫酸钙晶须加填对湿纸页抄造性能的影响研究

摘　　要：在不同打浆度下,分别对针叶木浆和漂白麦草浆进行硫酸钙晶须不同量的加填,加填量从0～50%。分别测定浆料的滤水性能、湿纸幅强度以及成纸匀度,考察硫酸钙晶须加填量对不同打浆度浆料的湿纸页抄造性能的影响,讨论硫酸钙晶须在造纸过程中应用的最佳工艺条件。Softwood pulp and wheat straw pulp with different beating degree were filled with different amount of calcium sulfate whisker,from 0 to 50%.Then the pulp drainage performance,the strength of wet sheet and paper uniformity were determinated;the effects of different amount of added calcium sulfate whisker filler to the pulp with different beating degree on the pulp papermaking properties were studied;the optimum technological conditions of applying calcium sulfate whisker in papermaking process were discussed.
