摘　　要：知识社会选择合作创新策略符合社会发展的基本规律、不同时期管理模式的变革和现代社会发展的需要。竞争、合作与协作创新是工业社会向知识社会演化过程最主要特征,协作创新是竞争和合作创新的高级发展阶段,合作创新是竞争转向协作创新的桥梁,三者之间存在着辩证关系。中国社会经济和企业的发展现状以及中华传统文化"DNA精髓"作为合作创新的文化资本,决定了合作创新是中国现阶段发展策略的博弈选择。The strategy of collaborated innovation in knowledge society accords with the basic law of society development,the change of different times in managing mode and the need of developing modern society.Competition,cooperation and collaborated innovation are the leading characteristics in the process of industrial society evolving into knowledge society.Collaborated innovation is the advanced stage of the innovation in the competition-cooperation development,and is also the bridge by which competition turns into collaborated innovation,and there exists a dialectical relationship in the three parts.The conditions of China economy and its enterprises and the ＂DNA essence＂ of Chinese traditional culture,which is regarded as the culture capital of the cooperative innovation,determine that cooperative innovation is the gaming-selection in Chinese present development.
