摘　　要："十二五"期间,大型项目的投资建设仍将是扩大内需的主要形式。对项目的社会影响评价,是继项目财务评价、经济评价、环境评价后的又一重要内容。文章在提出项目社会影响评价指标体系的基础上,对评价方法和过程进行了阐述,认为项目的社会影响评价应当是全过程、多维度和系统化的。During the period of ＂The 12th Five-year-plan＂ investment and construction of large-scale projects will remain the main form to o expand domestic demand. Social impact assessment of the project, following the financial evaluation, economic evaluation, environmental assessment ,is another important post. Evaluation methods and process was explained in the paper on the basis of proposing Index system of project social impact assessment.It is conclued in this paper that the project＇s social impact assessment should be the whole process of multi-dimensional and systematic.
