摘 要:目的探讨显示听面神经与邻居血管关系的最佳MR扫描方法。方法对20志愿者及20例面肌痉挛患者,使用Semens Verio3.0T超导型磁共振仪,分别用高分辨三维快速自旋回波(3D-TSE-T2WI)和三维时间飞跃-扰相梯度回波(3D-TOF-MRA)两种序列以相同的位置、层厚、间隔、层数对脑池段听面神经进行扫描,应用综合赋分法分析两者对听面神经与邻近血管关系的显示价值。结果统计学分析表明,3D-TSE-T2WI与3D-TOF-MRA序列,在显示神经与邻近血管畔关系方面前者明显优于后者;在显示邻近血管来源方面,后者优于前者,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 3D-TSE-T2WI能清晰显示听面神经与邻近血管的精确比邻关系,而3D-TOF-MRA序列能清晰显示邻近血管的来源,两者结合是显示听面神经与邻居血管关系的最佳MR检查方案。Objective To investigatethe optimal scanning methodof MR in showing acoustic nerveand facial nerveand the adjacent vessel.Methods20 volunteers and20 patients with facial spasmwere examined by using Siemens Verio 3.0T MR.3D-TSE-T2WI and 3D-TOF-MRA were performed to display acoustic nerve andfacial nerve with the same location,layer thickness,space,number respectively.To analyzethe contribution of 3D-TSE-T2WI and 3D-TOF-MRA in showing facial nerveand acoustic nerveand the adjacent vessel.ResultsAccording to statistics,3D-TSE-T2WI is superior to 3D-TOF-MRA in showing thenerveand the adjacent vessel,then it is oppositein showing theoriginof the adjacent vessel.There were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions 3D-TSE-T2WI can displaythe relationship of facial nerveand acoustic nerveand the adjacent vessel,then 3D-TOF-MRA can display theoriginof the adjacent vessel.Facial nerveand acoustic nerveand the adjacent vessel are well displayed with 3D-TSE-T2WI and 3D-TOF-MRA.
