摘　　要：对外援助是中共中央高度重视的一项长期的战略任务。中国共产党人认为,对经济落后以及正在争取和捍卫民族独立的国家和地区提供援助是自己应尽的国际主义义务。中国共产党对外援助策略的演进经历了20世纪50年代初至60年代前期的逐步形成、60年代中期至70年代末的艰难曲折和改革开放以来的发展完善等三个重要阶段。Foreign assistance is a strategic task on which great attention paid by our Party in a long term. From the view of Chinese Communists, to provide assistance to less developed countries and countries which are fighting for and defend their national independence is what we should do according to our internationalist duty. The evolution of foreign assistance strategy has went through the formation from beginning of 50th to the pre 60th of 20th century, the difficult times from the mid-60th to the end of 70th and the developed period after the reform and opening policy.
