摘　　要：本文主要描述了圆形件级进模设计，主要从上方面来设计，一是工艺分析，二是排样设计，三是装配图的设计，四是模具零件加工工艺。重点论述冲压模工艺方案的确定和模具零件的加工工艺。对相类似模具设计有一定的参考作用。This paper describes the circular pieces of progressive die design, mainly from four aspects to the design, first, process analysis, and second row of sample design and the third is the design of assembly drawings, the four mold parts processing. Program focuses on the process of stamping die and mold machining to determine the process. Similar to the mold design for a certain reference.
