摘　　要：马克思主义的经典作家在国家理论、权力配制方面有丰富的论述,对中国法律思想有许多深重的影响。研究马克思主义权力观在中国的继承和发展,对完善我国社会主义法治建设与制度创新,有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。Marxist theory of classical writers in the country,power has extensive discussion of the preparation of legal thought in China has many profound effects.Study Marxist view of power in China,the inheritance and development,improve the socialist legal construction and system innovation,has important theoretical and practical significance.
