摘　　要：风险投资者和创业企业家之间存在着信息不对称现象,处于信息劣势的风险投资者面临着来自创业企业家的道德风险。本文分析了不同类型的风险投资者所面临的道德风险,并有针对性地提出了防范和降低道德风险的具体措施。There is information asymmetries between venture capitalists and entrepreneurs,the venture capitalists whose information is at a disadvantage faced with the moral hazard from entrepreneurs.This paper analyzes different types of moral hazard the Venture capitalists faced,and puts forward the prevention and specific measures to reduce the moral hazard.
