摘　　要：企业环境监督员资质管理制度是推动企业履行环境责任的重要手段,是建立和完善现代企业环境管理制度的重要环节,是提高环境执法有效性的重要保障。同时建立企业环境监督员资质管理制度将促进我国环境专业人才的培养与发展。因此,应将其纳入法制管理轨道,充分发挥其作用。The qualification control system of enterprise environment supervisor is the important means to promote enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities,is an important part of establishing and perfecting modern enterprises management system,also the important guarantee of improving the effectiveness of environmental law enforcement.At the same time,the establishment of qualification control system of enterprise environment supervisor will promote the cultivation of professional environment talents.Therefore,it should be brought into legal management and fully exert the role.
