摘　　要：主要分析了河北省发展低碳经济优化升级产业结构的驱动力,借鉴发达国家低碳经济与产业结构调整运行机制的实践经验,提出了发展河北省低碳经济与产业结构调整运行机制的策略。This paper mainly expounded the driving force of developing low carbon economy in optimization and upgrading the industrial structure,learning from developed countries＇ experience in developing low carbon economy and readjusting industrial structure,and proposed the strategies on developing low carbon economy and readjusting industrial structure in Hebei province.
