摘　　要：经济的快速发展使人民的生活水平与生活方式发生了改变,随之而来的是糖尿病患者的增加,对家庭、社会造成严重威胁。代谢综合征是导致糖尿病、心血管疾患的共同危险因素,代谢综合征的病理生理与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。抵抗素作为期间共同的因素,参与胰岛素抵抗的形成,进一步导致胰岛功能障碍。现就抵抗素相关因素进展予以综述。The rapid economic development is bringing changes to the people′s living standards and lifestyles,which subsequently brings increase of diabetic patients,threatening the family and society.Metabolic syndrome is a common risk factor leading to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases,the pathophysiology of which is closely related to insulin resistance.The resistin,as the common factor during,participates in the insulin resistance process and further results in the islet dysfunction.Here is to review on the progress of the resistin related factors.
