高压氧在断指再植术后的临床应用

摘　　要：断指再植的术后处理至关重要。积极、合理的高压氧治疗能通过迅速提高断指及手术区域的氧分压、氧含量,有效改善组织缺氧状态和降低毛细血管通透性从而减轻伤指肿胀等机制,促进断指术后的微循环重建和功能恢复,缩短康复时程,进一步降低断指失活风险。高压氧治疗应作为断指再植手术后的常规治疗措施之一。尤其是多指离断再植及一指多段离断再植高压氧治疗应更加积极地予以应用。Postoperative management of replantation of amputated finger is of vital importance.Active and reasonable hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote microcirculation rebuild and functional recovery after operation,shorten the rehabilitation time,further reduce the risk of amputated finger deactivation by increasing the oxygen pressure,oxygen concentration in amputated finger and operative region rapidly,improve hypoxia state of tissue effectively,reduce capillary permeability and lessen swelling.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be applied as one of the routine therapeutic measures after replantation operation of amputated finger,especially in multi-finger replantation and multi-segment one-finger replantation,where hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be used more actively.
