摘  要:为了测试混合吸附剂基质材料石墨的传热传质特性,设计了吸附剂渗透率与导热系数测试装置,首先用平板热源法测试了散装石墨在不同膨胀温度及不同膨胀时间下的导热系数,优选出了石墨的最佳膨胀工艺,然后采用最佳膨胀工艺下的石墨进行固化,以氮气作为气源对固化石墨进行了渗透率研究,以稳态热源加热法对固化石墨进行导热系数测试,结果表明,当固化密度从100~500 kg/m^3变化时,渗透率介于10^(-15)~10^(-12)之间变化,导热系数则介于1.7~3.2W/(m·K)之间变化。Adsorbent permeability and thermal conductivity test units were designed to study the heat and mass transfer performances of the host material,i.e.expanded graphite,of compound adsorbent.Firstly the plate heat source method was used to test the thermal conductivities of granular expanded graphite at different expanded temperatures and different values of expansion time,and then the optimal expansion process is selected.Secondly the optimal expansion process is adopted for compacting processes of expanded graphite.After that the permeabilities were tested with nitrogen as the gas source,and the heat conductivities were studied with steady-state heat source heating method. The results show that when the curing density changed from 100 kg/m^3 to 500 kg/m^3,the permeability varied between 10^(-15)~10^(-12),the thermal conductivity ranged from 1.7 W/(m·K) to 3.2 W/(m·K).
