摘  要:本文建立了大气压介质阻挡放电发射光谱测量系统,测得NO/N_2体系的等离子体发射光谱。利用Q-V Lissajous图形法对反应器电学参量进行测试,研究激励电压峰峰值V_(P-P)对NO、N_2各激发态物种光谱强度的影响。实验结果表明:低温等离子体产生的高能电子可有效作用于NO、N-2分子,产生NO(A^2∑^+→X^2Π)、N_2(C^3Π_u→B^3Π_g)等多种激发态物质;NO(A^2∑^+-X^2Π)谱线强度随V_(P-P)的增大先增大后减小,N_2(C^3Π_u→B^3Π_g)谱线强度随V_(P-P)的增大而增大;NO主要通过还原反应得以去除,去除率可达98%。This paper has set up a test system of coaxial dielectric barrier discharge optical emission spectrum at atmosphere pressure,measured plasma optical emission spectrum of NO/N_2 mixed gas system.Used Q-V Lissajous figure method to measure the electrical parameters of the reactor,and studied the effect of applied voltage peak-peak value(V_(P-P)) on the optical emission intensity of NO, N_2 excited state species.The results showed that high-energy electrons produced by non-thermal plasma could be an effective role in the NO,N_2 molecules,which could produce a variety of excited states matters,such as NO(A^2Σ~+-X^2Π),N_2(C^3Π_u→B^3Π_g);NO(A^2Σ~+-X^2Π) optical emission spectrum strength firstly increased then decreased with the increase of V_(P-P),N_2(C^3Π_u→B^3Π_g) optical emission spectrum strength increased with the increase of V_(P-P);NO was removed mainly through the reduction reaction,its removal rate could reach to 98%.
