摘  要:为了研究牛乳中体细胞数与奶牛产奶性状的相关性,收集新疆呼图壁种牛场牧一场、呼图壁种牛场牧三场、奎屯八场、新疆天山畜牧生物工程股份有限公司奶牛场四个牛场的荷斯坦奶牛2010年11月到2011年3月份5个月共2268个DHI测定记录。利用SPSS软件对乳中体细胞数与产奶性状间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:体细胞数与日产奶量呈负相关,与乳脂率、蛋白率呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01),与乳糖率呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01);乳脂率与蛋白率呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01)。结果提示:随着奶牛体细胞数的增加产奶量乳糖含量均有不同程度的降低;乳脂率和乳蛋白率随体细胞数的升高有升高的趋势,但当体细胞高于100万/mL时有降低的趋势。The purpose of this paper is to study correlation between somatic cell count(SCC) and Milk production traits in Holstein cows,collecting 2268 test-month records of Dairy Herd Improvement(DHI) from four herd of KuiTun eight field,TianShan-XuMu dairy farm,the first and the third of Hutubi Cattle Breeding farm between November 2010 and March 2011.The correlation of SCC and milk traits was analyzed by SPSS system.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of SCC had significantly negative correlation(P0.05) for test-day production,highly significantly positive correlation(P0.01) for milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,and highly significantly negative correlation(P0.01) for lactose percentage;The correlation coefficient of the percentage of milk fat and protein had highly significantly positive correlation(P0.01).These results indicated that the test-day production and lactose percentage has reduced inordinately with the increase of SCC;the trend growth of milk fat percentage and milk protein percentage was heaving following the increase of SCC,but when the somatic cell count higher than 100 million in one milligram,they have a declining tendency.
