摘 要:在工业企业废弃建筑物的拆除过程中,科学合理的爆破设计方案能保证建筑物按指定方向倒塌并保证周围建筑物的安全。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序对河曲县发电厂冷却塔爆破拆除进行了倒塌过程的模拟。冷却塔采用SOLIDl64单元*MAT_BRITTLE_DAMAGE材料建立了钢筋混凝土整体式有限元模型,用*MAT_ADD_EROSION关键字控制爆破缺口的形成和材料的失效,爆破缺口形成过程由"时间"开关控制。模拟了冷却塔的爆破拆除倒塌过程、倒塌触地后与周围建筑物的距离及倒塌过程中的筒体应力分布等,并与实际爆破效果做了比较,证明计算机模拟是准确的。In the process to demolishing the abandoned buildings of industrial enterprises, the scientific and rational design of blasting can ensure the collapse of buildings in the specified direction and the around buildings' safety. In this paper, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the collapse of cooling towers by explosive demolition in power plant of Hequ County. The SOLID164 unit type and the * MAT_BRITTLE_DAMAGE material type were used to build the whole finite element model of reinforced concrete of the cooling tower, and the keyword * MAT_ADD_EROSION is used to control the formatioz2 of blast cut and the failure of materials. The formation process of blast cut is controlled by the "time" switch. We simulate the process of cooling tower explosive demolition collapse, the distance to the surrounding buildings and the cylinder stress distribution in the course of collapse after the building collapsed and touched the ground, and compared with the actual blast results. And the numerical simulation is proved to be correct, which has some practical guidance and helpful impaction to the specific projects.
