There are ships under construction in boatyard before cofferdam blasting, and the cofferdam rock is close to the dock gate only 5.5 m, the environment is very complex, and the safety protection is difficult. This paper introduced the cofferdam blasting scheme and blast parameter selection, blast network and safety protection design, especially the retaining wall by laying protection safety protection technology, which ensure the safety of dock gate and dock entrance facilities and in-building ship.
