老年慢性左心衰严重程度与循环激酶插入结构阈受体阳性细胞水平变化的关系

摘　　要：目的研究循环激酶插入结构阈受体阳性细胞(CD34+KDR+)、Toll样受体2(TLR2)和Toll样受体4(TLR4)水平变化与老年慢性左心衰严重程度的相关性。方法采用流式细胞仪检测慢性老年左心衰患者循环CD34+KDR+的水平、TLR2和TLR4的表达,并分析这些测定指标与不同程度老年慢性左心衰的关系。结果老年慢性左心衰患者循环CD34+KDR+水平呈现初期明显升高晚期显著下降的双相反应。TLR2和TLR4的表达水平随着左心衰程度的加重而显著升高。随着CD34+KDR+水平明显下降,TLR2和TLR4表达水平显著上调,左心衰程度逐渐加重。结论 CD34+KDR+水平,TLR2、TLR4表达的变化与老年慢性左心衰的严重程度密切相关。Objective It is to study the relationship between the changes of circulating kinase insert structural domain receptor positive cell（CD34^＋KDR^＋）,Toll-like receptor 2（TLR2） and Toll-like receptor 4（TLR4） and the severe degrees of senile chronic left heart failure.Methods The level of CD34^＋KDR^＋ and the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in senile chronic left heart failure patients were detected with flow cytometer,and the relationship between the metered indexes and different degrees of senile chronic left heart failure.Results The level of circulating CD34^＋KDR^＋ in senile chronic left heart failure patients showed a biphasic response that was obvious heightening and obvious lowering in early and advanced phases.The expression levels of TLR2 and TLR4 heightened significantly along with the aggravation of the degree of left heart failure.Along with the level of CD34^＋KDR^＋ lowering obviously,the expression levels of TLR2 and TLR4 heightened significantly and the degree of left heart failure aggravated gradually.Conclusion The changes of the level of CD34^＋KDR^＋ and the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 have close relationship with the severe degrees of senile chronic left heart failure.
