摘 要:目的探索上海地区男性吸烟习惯与2型糖尿病患病风险的相关性。方法 2010年3月至8月选取上海郊区社区3521名40岁以上的男性进行调查。根据有无吸烟史以及每日吸烟支数分为不吸烟组、少量吸烟组(≤20支/d)、中量吸烟组(21~39支/d)和大量吸烟组(≥40支/d)。数据分析采用方差分析、卡方检验及Logistic回归分析。结果大量吸烟组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显高于不吸烟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以不吸烟组、少量吸烟组、中量吸烟组和大量吸烟组为自变量,是否患有2型糖尿病为因变量,进行多元Logistic回归分析,大量吸烟是2型糖尿病患病的独立危险因素(OR=1.53,95%CI 1.02~2.28,P<0.05)。结论大量吸烟是2型糖尿病患病的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between smoking habits and risk for type 2 diabetes a- mong males in Shanghai. Methods A survey was conducted among 3521 male community residents (aged 40 or above) in Shanghai by cluster sampling. Depending on history and daily amount of cigarette smoking, the subjects were allocated to one of four groups : non-smokers,light smokers ( 〈 20 cigarettes/day), moderate smokers (20 -40 cigarettes/day) and heavy smokers ( 〉 40 cigarettes/day). Data were analyzed using ANOVA, chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression. Results Heavy smokers showed significantly higher levels of fasting blood glucose and HbAI c as compared with non-smokers, light smokers and moderate smokers ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Using non-smoking,light smoking and moderate smoking as the independent variables and development of type 2 diabetes as the dependent variable, multivariate Logistic regression revealed that heavy smoking was an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes ( OR = 1.53,95% CI 1.02 - 2. 28,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Heavy smoking is an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes.
