摘 要:采用PTT和自制改性共聚酯(MCPET)切片共混熔融纺丝,制得MCPET/PTT共混纤维。利用红外光谱法(FT-IR)表征共混物分子结构,所得FT-IR谱图中没有明显的峰位移和新峰产生,说明共混物中MCPET与PTT之间没有发生酯交换反应和端基间反应。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、动态力学法(DMA)、广角X射线衍射法(WAXD)及扫描电镜法(SEM)研究MCPET/PTT共混物的相容性,DSC、DMA结果表明,共混物无定形区具有很好的相容性;WAXD结果证明共混物晶区部分相容;扫描电子显微镜观察共混纤维横截面,从形态学上表明共混物具有很好的相容性。MCPET/PTT hybrid fibers were prepared by blending and melt spinning of PTT and MCPET pellets that had been made by researchers.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) was used to characterize the molecular structure of MCPET/PTT hybrid fibers,and no significant peak shift or generation of new peaks was observed on the FT-IR spectrum,indicating that no transesterification reaction and terminal group reaction occurred between MCPET and PTT.The compatibility of MCPET/PTT hybrid was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and SEM.DMA and DSC results showed that MCPET has good compatibility with PTT in the amorphous region;WAXD study indicated that the crystalline region is partialty compatible;and SEM micrographs of the cross-section of fiber blends indicated that MCPET/PTT hybrid has good compatibility.
