摘 要:为研究海丝纤维对铜和锌离子的吸附性能,用氯化铜和硫酸锌水溶液在不同时间、温度等条件下处理海丝纤维,通过测试溶液中铜和锌离子浓度的变化研究海丝纤维对铜和锌离子的吸附量。结果显示:由于纤维结构中分布着富含海藻酸的海藻植物颗粒,海丝纤维对铜和锌离子均有良好的吸附性能,对2种金属离子的平衡吸附量分别约为7和2 mg/g。海丝纤维对铜和锌离子的吸附是一个比较快的过程,0.5 h内吸附基本达到平衡;通过控制溶液中铜离子和锌离子的浓度可以制备含不同量铜离子和锌离子的海丝纤维。A study on the adsorption properties of seacell fibers for copper and zinc ions used aqueous solutions of copper chloride and zinc sulfate to treat the fibers under various treatment conditions of different times and temperatures.The adsorption capacities of the fibers for copper and zinc ions were determined after measuring the changes of the copper and zinc ion concentrations in the treatment solution.Results showed that because the seaweed particles with rich alginic acid dispersed in the fibers,seacell fibers had good adsorption properties for both copper and zinc ions,with the equilibrium adsorption capacities for copper and zinc ions at about 7 mg/g and 2 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption of copper and zinc ions by seacell fibers is a relatively fast process,with most of the adsorption completed within 0.5 h.It is possible to prepare seacell fibers containing different amounts of copper and zinc ions by controlling the copper and zinc ion concentrations in the treatment solution.
