摘  要:利用自制的离子液体[Bmim]Br、[Emim]Br、[Bmim]Ac、[Emim]Ac处理羊毛,并研究离子液体的染色性能。实验结果表明,离子液体处理后羊毛的上染性能均有不同程度的提高,在相同处理条件下,[Emim]Ac处理效果最好,其最终上染率达到93.95%,而未处理的原样上染率仅为78.9%,而且具有较好的低温染色性能(70℃染色);离子液体处理后,上染率越高的羊毛其纱线强力下降越严重;离子液体处理对色牢度影响不大。SEM表明,不同阴阳离子组合形成的离子液体处理后羊毛表层的鳞片层有不同程度的剥除,其中以[Emim]Ac处理对鳞片层剥除效果最好。Dyeing properties of wool yarns treated by ionic liquids(ILs) Br, Br, Ac,andAc prepared in our lab were studied.The results show that dyeing rate of wool treated by ILs is increased to some degree,and under the same treatment conditions,equilibrium exhaustion of wool treated byAc reaches 93.95%,while equilibrium exhaustion of wool untreated reaches only 78.9%.The wool yarns treated byAc have good low temperature dyeing property(dyed at 70 ℃).After treating with ILs,higher the dyeing rate of the wool yarns,more serious the strength loss of the yarn is;however,treatment with ILs has little influence on color fastness.SEM shows that after treating with ILs that contain various combinations of cationic and anionic ions,the scale of the wool fiber shows to be removed to some extent,among them,Ac exhibits the best result in this respect.
