摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法,以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,氨水为催化剂,十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷为添加剂,在表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠作用下制备了改性纳米SiO2水溶胶,并将其成功应用于棉织物的超疏水整理。通过控制氨水用量和表面活性剂浓度,制备不同颗粒尺寸及粒径分布的改性SiO2水溶胶,讨论溶胶粒径大小及分布对棉织物拒水性的影响。采用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪对整理后棉织物进行测试,结果表明,改性SiO2水溶胶沉积在棉织物表面,降低了织物表面能,并明显提高了棉织物的表面粗糙度。拒水性能测试表明,整理后棉织物与水的接触角(5μL)达到152.1°,滚动角(15μL)为8°,沾水等级为100,达到超疏水效果。整理后棉织物物理力学性能变化不大,但透气性略有下降。Modified SiO2 hydrosol was prepared by water-based sol-gel method using methyltrime-thoxysilane(MTMOS) as the precursor,hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS) as a hydrophobic additive,and ammonia as a catalyst,in the presence of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SDBS).Superhydrophobic cotton fabrics were successfully obtained by dip-coating the modified SiO2 hydrosol.By controlling ammonia amount and surfactant concentration,the modified SiO2 hydrosols with different particle sizes and particle size distributions were prepared.The effect of the SiO2 nanoparticle size and distribution on the water-repellent property of the treated cotton fabrics was discussed.The treated cotton fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results showed that the modified SiO2 nanoparticles had been coated onto the cotton fiber surface,resulting in lowerd surface energy and increased surface roughness.The testing of water-repellent property of the treated cotton fabrics demonstrated that the water contact angle and water sliding angle of the treated fabric were 152.1° for a 5μL droplet and 8° for a 15μL droplet,respectively,and the spray rating was 100,thus realizing superhydrophobicity.The physical and mechanical properties measurement of the treated fabrics showed little change except the permeability lowered slightly compared with untreated ones.
