摘 要:针对服装打版系统智能化程度低的现状,设计了服装尺寸自动生成系统。量取女套装上衣经典款式样板的细部尺寸参数,采用非线性主成分分析法对女套装上衣样板各特征指标的权重进行提取,利用多元回归分析建立服装结构设计数学模型。建立样板尺寸自动生成的理论模型,并通过编程加以实现。建立3层模糊综合评判模型对系统进行测试,实验结果表明,该系统设计合理,可用于实际女装生产样板制作,快速、准确地获取样板细部尺寸,初步实现了服装制版的智能化。Considering the low level of the intelligent technology of clothing pattern generation system,an auto-generation system of pattern size is designed.Detailed size parameters of the typical styles of the bodice were measured,and the nonlinear principle component analysis method was used to extract the weights of characteristic indexes of the bodice of lady′s suit.A mathematic model of clothing structure was established using multi-regression analysis.And then a theoretical model of auto-generation of pattern size was developed and its execution was realized by programming.This system was tested by the three hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The experimental results demonstrated that the system is reasonably designed,and well suited to fast and accurate generation of pattern sizes of the bodice of lady′s suit,preliminarily realizing intelligent pattern generation.
