摘 要:采用裂纹尖端张开位移(crack tip opening displacement,CTOD)试验研究了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊(friction stir welding,FSW)接头各区域的断裂性能,分析了搅拌摩擦焊接头组织结构对接头断裂性能的影响.研究结果表明,2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的断裂呈韧性,但接头各区域韧性分布呈现明显的不均匀性,焊核区断裂韧性最好,热机影响区和热影响区次之,但均高于母材的断裂韧性.Fracture property of different regions of 2219 aluminum alloy friction stir welds was studied in terms of crack tip opening dispacement (CTOD). Three-point bending specimens were used to measure the fracture toughness of various regions of 2219 aluminum alloy friction stir welds. CTOD values were calculated according to p-s curves obtained. Results show that the fracture of 2219 aluminum alloy friction stir weld is ductile and the distribution of fracture toughness is heterogeneous; the fracture toughness of weld nugget is the best following thermal-mechanical affected zone and heat affected zone, and base material is the weakest.
