摘  要:研究了固体-蒸汽相法合成4A沸石的工艺过程,考察了水钠摩尔比和钠硅摩尔比等不同条件的变化对物相及所生成样品钙交换能力的影响。用X衍射、SEM(扫描电镜)等技术对4A沸石的性能进行了表征。结果表明,以煤矸石为原料,采用固体-蒸汽法可以合成样品粒度分布为2μm~7μm,钙交换能力(以CaCO3计)为300 mg/g(沸石)的4A沸石,能够满足洗涤剂助剂的要求。The synthesis of 4A-zeolite with solid-vapor phase process was studied and the effects of various conditions such as H2O/ Na2O mol ratio and Na2O/SiO2 mol ratio,on the different phases and calcium exchanging capability of the product were investigated.The structure and performance of 4A-zeolite were examined by X-ray diffractometry,SEM,and so on.Experimental results show that,solid-vapor phase process can achieve sample product which the particle size distribution between 2μm and 7μm,Ca exchanging capability about 300 mg/g(4A-zeolite),which satisfies the requirements for using as a detergent agent. The production technology of 4A zeolite do not undergo gelatinization,aging and the separation of production and mother liquid had been finished in the synthesis process.This method was simple,short in production period and lower in energy consumption.
