摘　　要：本文结合生产实际情况,介绍了拜耳法生产氧化铝结晶排盐过程中,引进水平真空带式过滤机的必要性,介绍该设备的工作原理及在结晶排盐工序流程的应用,重点阐述在其应用初期存在的问题及相关解决方案,总结运行过程的优势及不足。Based on the practical production,the paper presents the necessity to introduce horizontal vacuum belt filer in the removal of crystallized sodium carbonate in Bayer process and the working principle of equipment as well as the application of equipment in the removal of crystallized sodium carbonate.It mainly indicates the problems existing in the earlier stage of application and relevant measures and the advantages and deficiency in operation.
