摘 要:综述了钙基吸收剂煅烧/碳酸化循环吸收CO2的国内外研究状况。从反应条件对碳酸化反应的影响、改善钙基吸收剂吸收CO2的性能、钙基吸收剂循环热稳定性的方法以及碳酸化反应动力学特性这4个方面进行分析,认为碳酸化反应主要分为化学反应控制和产物层扩散2个阶段,指出CO2分压和吸收剂的颗粒粒径决定着碳酸化反应温度和CO2的脱除效率;水合、醇化能改善钙基吸收剂的孔隙结构及比表面积等,大大提高了碳酸化反应的反应速率和转化率;添加适量惰性物质或扩大吸收剂的孔容能减缓钙基吸收剂的烧结速率。因此,制备具有高反应活性、循环热稳定性的钙基吸收剂,并在工业应用条件下开发合适的反应器,将是未来钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化吸收CO2研究的重点。The late progress studies on carbonation/calcinations cycles of Ca-based sorbent for CO2 sorption at home and abroad was introduced.The influence of reaction conditions on carbonated reaction,the method of improving the performance of the Ca-based sorbent for CO2 sorption and the circulation heat stability,the kinetics characteristics of carbonated reaction were analyzed.It is believed that the carbonate reaction can be mainly divided into chemical reaction stage and product layer diffusion stage.It pointed out that the partial pressure of CO2 and the particle size of Ca-based sorbent determined the temperature of carbonation and the removal efficiency of CO2.The pore structure and surface area etc.can be improved by hypochlorite and alcoholization,so that the performance of carbonate reaction is greatly improved.Sintering velocity can be slowed down by adding proper inert matter or expanding the pore volume.Therefore,the preparation of Ca-based sorbent with high reactivity,circulation heat stability,and the exploitation of appropriate reactor under the condition of the industrial application,will be the research priorities of carbonation/calcinations cycles of Ca-based sorbent for CO2 sorption.
