摘　　要：提出了一种基于单片机MSP430的超声电机小型驱动器的设计方案,详述了该驱动器的硬件电路结构,并用它驱动TRUM60型超声电机,实验结果验证了该设计方案的合理性。该驱动器具有电路简洁,调节方便和运行稳定等优点。A scheme for a micro-driver for ultrasonic motor based on MSP430 was proposed. And then the hardware circuit structure was expounded in detail. The circuit was applied to an ultrasonic motor, of which the stator＇ s diameter is 60 mm. Experimental results showed that this scheme was valid and feasible. And it had several advantages, such as compact circuit, convenient regulation, steady running and so on.
