摘 要:决策单元进行效率评价与排序是被广泛关注的研究领域,数据包络分析方法已经被广泛运用于决策单元的排序之中.然而,绝大部分DEA排序方法都是基于自评效率,即每个决策单元都选择对自身有利的权重,这样的效率不具备可比性.因此,提出一种基于公共权重DEA模型的决策单元排序方法.此方法包含四个步骤,每个决策单元的效率值分解为两部分,即自身的技术效率与其权重偏好结构获得其他决策单元认可的程度.用一个算例分析对该方法进行了演示.Efficiency rating and ranking are of great academic value and practice importance, and have been paid more and more attention. DEA has been accepted as a useful ranking tool. However, almost all DEA- related ranking approaches are based on the self-evaluation efficiencies. That is to say, each DMU chooses its most favorite weights, and the resulted efficiencies have little meaning as ranking base. Therefore this paper advances a ranking technique based on a common-weight DEA model. In the four-step model each DMU's efficiency score is decomposed into two parts: one is the technical efficiency, and the other is the acceptance degree of its weight preference structure. A numeral example is given to demonstrate the approach.
