摘 要:随着内蒙古等地区大型、特大型矿井的建设,煤矿井塔桩基设计成了一项关键的内容。本文利用白垩系地层桩基的静载试验结果和等效转换方法把灌注桩自平衡法静载试验曲线转换为传统的桩基静载试验曲线,通过数值模拟和分析,确定了风化砂岩的合理计算参数,得到了桩基极限承载力、桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力,桩的极限侧摩阻力可达到650kPa、极限端阻力可达8000kPa,根据《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94)中嵌岩桩承载力确定方法,建议设计时取桩的极限摩阻力为400kPa、极限端阻力为6000kPa,以保证设计经济合理。With the construction of large and oversize mine in Inner Mongolia area,the pile design of coal mining shaft tower has become a key content.In this paper,the curve of the O-cell pile test method was translated into the curve of conventional static load test by using the results of pile static load test and equivalent conservation method in Cretaceous formation.The numerical simulation and analysis for the pile were carried out to determine the reasonable calculated parameters in sandstone and gain the ultimate bearing capacity,side resistance and tip resistance of pile.The ultimate side resistance and the ultimate tip resistance could reach 650kPa and 8000kPa.According to the Building Pile Technical Specifications(JGJ 94-94) on the method to determine rock-socketed pile bearing capacity,the limit friction and ultimate tip resistance are recommended to take 400kPa and 6000kPa,respectively,for the economic and reasonable design.
