摘　　要：综述蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶的分类及其在细胞生长、分化方面的作用,蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶对细胞周期调节作用及其与肿瘤的关系研究进展。蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂的研究有助于我们了解细胞生长、发育、调控的机制,寻找预防和治疗肿瘤的新途径。The classification of protein Ser/Thr phosphatase and the research progress of its effects on cell cycle and tumor growth are reviewed.By the researches of inhibitor for protein Ser/Thr phosphatase,the mechanisms of cell growth,development and regulation are understood and the new methods for cancer control and treatment are explored.
