摘　　要：信息社会快速发展的情况下,为满足广大读者的需求,高校图书馆应力求创新服务模式,通过提高馆员素质,开展个性化信息服务,创新服务机制,变革服务模式,为读者提供高效率、高质量的服务。TUnder the rapid development of the society,in order to meet the needs of vast readers,university library should strive to innovate the service model,and through improving librarians＇ quality,carry out the individualized information service,innovate service mechanism,change the service model,and provide high-quality and high-efficiency service for readers.
