XS-800i血细胞分析仪报警信息与涂片复检结果的比对

摘　　要：目的探讨XS-800i血细胞分析仪涂片复检筛选标准的合理性及报警信息的可靠性。方法对231例血样本进行镜检比对检测。结果仪器分类显示细胞形态正常的样本与人工镜检结果之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组之间除嗜碱粒细胞外,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸粒细胞相关性显著（r=0.806-0.987）。嗜碱粒细胞r值均〈0.183。仪器法对血细胞分类的敏感性为73.3%,特异性为38.9%,准确度75.3%,Kappa值为0.07。结论对于有报警信息及分类结果明显异常、白细胞总数过高或过低的样本,均应认真执行涂片复检筛选标准进行人工镜检。Objective To investigate the rationality of screening standard for blood smear recheck and reliability of warning message in XS-800 blood cell analysator.Methods To conduct the contrast detection between tested under microscope and analysator in 231 blood samples.Results There had no significant difference between results of artificial group and instrument group in eumorphism cells（P〈0.05）.Significant dependability could be seen in neutrophil,lymphocyte,monocyte and eosinophils（r=0.806-0.987） except the basophilic granulocyte（r〈0.183）.The sensitivity,specificity,degree of accuracy and K value for blood cell differential under analysator were 73.3%、38.9%、75.3% and 0.07 respectively.Conclusions With regard to the warning message and sample with obviously abnormal classify results and excessively high or low total white blood cells,we should conduct the artificial test under microscope.
