摘  要:目的:观察辛伐他汀对糖尿病大血管病变大鼠细胞间黏附分子水平(ICAM-1)的影响,以了解其对糖尿病大血管病变的的干预作用。方法:复制糖尿病合并大血管病变大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组(A组)、正常干预组(B组)、糖尿病对照组(C组)、糖尿病干预组(D组),B组和D组给予辛伐他汀灌胃,A组和C组灌予相应量的生理盐水,8周末检测生化指标、肾周脂肪及血清sICAM-1,留取主动脉观察病理变化。结果:血糖C组和D组相近,均显著高于A组和B组(P<0.01);总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)A组高于B组,D组低于C组;C组ICAM-1显著高于A组、B组和D组(P<0.01),D组明显低于C组(P<0.01);光镜下观察胸主动脉病变D组较C组减轻。结论:辛伐他汀干预治疗能够降低TC、TG、LDL-C及ICAM-1的水平,并明显减轻或延缓其大血管病变的发生发展。Objective:To observe the effects of simvastatin on intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) levels in diabetic macroangiopathy rats and to find its possible protective effects on macroangiopathy.Methods:Duplicating rat model of diabetes complicating macroangiopathy,rats were randomly assigned to normal controlgroup(group A),normal intervention group(group B),diabetic control group(group C) and diabetic intervention group(group D).Simvastatin was given to the group B and D by gavage,while the group A and B were gavaged with corresponding normal saline.At the end of 8 weeks,the biochemical indexes,perirenal fat and serum ICAM-1 were detected and the thoracic aorta was taken for observing the pathological change.Results:The blood glucose levels in group C and D was similar,which was significantly higher than that in the group A and B(P0.01);total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in group A were much higher than those in the group B,the group D was lower than the group C;ICAM-1 in the group C was much higher than that in the group A,B and D(P0.01),the group D was much lower than the group C(P0.01);the pathological changes of aorta thoracalis by light microscope showed that the group D was milder than the group C.Conclusion:Simvastatin intervention treatment can decrease TC,TG,LDL-C and ICAM-1 level and obviously alleviate or delay the occurrence and development of macroangiopathy.
