会阴局麻术松弛会阴的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价会阴局麻术松弛会阴的效果。方法:56例实验组对宫口开全的产妇用0.5%普鲁卡因行双侧加正中会阴局麻,以使会阴松弛,使产妇免于侧切或严重撕裂;50例对照组按产科常规执行。结果:侧切率明显降低,会阴完好率明显提高。结论:此法简单、易行、经济,具有临床实用价值。Objective：To evaluate the effect of perineal local anesthesia for relaxing perineum.Methods：56 puerperas of cervical orifice fully opening in the experimental group were performed the local perineal anesthesia in two sides and middle positions with 0.5% procaime for relaxing perineum and avoiding lateral episiotomy and severe laceration.Other 50 puerperas as control were operated according to obstetric routine.Results：The rate of lateral episiotomy was significantly reduced and the good rate of perineum was significantly increased.Conclusion：This method is simple,easy to be operated and economical with clinical practical value.
