成年女性泌尿系感染知信行调查及健康教育对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨成年女性预防泌尿系感染的健康教育对策。方法:采用随机抽样方法对我院门诊100名18～70岁女性陪护家属进行问卷调查。结果:发放问卷100份,回收有效问卷98份,应答率为98%。成年女性缺乏与泌尿系感染相关的知识,缺乏适宜的应对态度及有效的防治护理措施,对泌尿系感染相关知识和行为指导的需求较高。结论:针对成年女性泌尿系感染相关知识较为薄弱的环节应开展全面、实效的健康教育,帮助广大成年妇女提高认知水平的同时确立正确的健康信念、掌握自我保健方法,从而提高其生活质量。Objective：To study the health education countermeasure for preventing adult female urinary tract infection.Methods：Using random sampling methods,100 female accompany family members aged 18～70 years were performed the questionnaire survey.Results：100 questionnaires were issued and 98 valid questionnaires were recycled with the response rate of 98%.Adult women lacked the related knowledge of urinary tract infection,appropriate response attitude and effective prevention nursing measures.The demand for related knowledge and behavior instruction of urinary tract infection was higher.Conclusion：Aiming at weaker link of related knowledge for adult women urinary tract infection,the comprehensive and practical health education should be carried out to help the adult women to improve the cognitive level and simultaneously establish the correct health beliefs,master self-care strategies,thus improve their quality of life.
