妊娠高血压综合征患者血清胱抑素C和金属蛋白酶-2水平测定及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)和金属蛋白酶-2的变化及意义。方法通过测定75例PIH患者和30例健康妊娠孕妇CysC、MMP-2的水平,分析其与PIH的关系。结果 PIH患者CysC、MMP-2水平均显著高于健康妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着病情的加重而显著增高。结论 CysC、MMP-2与PIH的发生、发展密切相关,其水平的升高与该病严重程度有关。Objective：To study the relations of changes of blood contents of cystatin C（CysC）,matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome（PIH）.Methods： Serum CysC and MMP-2 were measured in 75 pregnant women with PIH and 30 controls.Results：The serum CysC and MMP-2 contents in the patients with PIH were significantly lower than those in cont rols（P0.01）.Those changes were especially marked in the patient s with advanced diseases.Conclusion：The changes of blood content′s of CysC and MMP-2 are closely related with the disease process of PIH.The serum levels of them are related to the severity of PIH.
