摘  要:磺酸基团是一种阴离子型强亲水性基团,含有磺酸基团的聚合物被广泛应用于表面活性剂、钻井液处理剂、水泥分散剂等。磺酸基团是使磺酸盐聚合物具有分散性、表面活性和抗盐性等许多宝贵性能的主要原因。而磺化度反映了聚合物含有磺酸基团的多少,对磺酸盐聚合物的结构和性能具有重要的影响。本文介绍了几种磺化度的测定方法,如:沉淀法、元素分析法、离子交换树脂与电导滴定法、酸碱滴定法等,分析了测定原理及各种测定方法的优缺点,为磺酸盐类聚合物磺化度的测定提供参考。Sulfonic group is a kind of strongly hydrophilic anion group.Polymers containing this group are widely used in surfactant,additives for drilling fluid,cement dispersant and so on.Sulfonic group is the main reason for dispersity,surface activity,salt resistance,and some other precious performance of sulfonic acid polymers. Sulfonation degree reflects the amount of sulfonic group in sulfonic acid polymers.It has an important effect on the structure and properties of the polymers.Several measuring methods for sulfonation degree were introduced in this paper,such as precipitation,elementary analysis,ion exchange resin-conductometric titation, acid base titration and so on.Advantages and disadvantages of these methods as well as the measuring principles were analysized.This review provides reference for the sulfonation degree measuring of sulfonic acid polymers.
