半夏泻心汤对脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎胃黏膜修复作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加减半夏泻心汤对脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎胃黏膜的修复作用。方法治疗组60例以加减半夏泻心汤治疗;对照组60例以三九胃泰颗粒口服。观察1个月后,比较2组胃黏膜病理组织的"慢性炎症"和"活动性"分级积分情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比较,治疗组在胃黏膜病理组织的"慢性炎症"和"活动性"分级积分改善方面,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加减半夏泻心汤对脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎胃黏膜修复有显著作用。Objective To observe the treatment of modified BanxiaxiexinTang on Gastric mucosal repair for 60 gastritis cases with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp-heat. Methods 120 cases of outpatient and inpatient chronic gastritis cases with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp-heat were randomly divided into treatment and control group. 60 cases in treatment group treated by modified BanxiaxiexinTang,60 patients in control group treated by San Jiu Wei Tai granules. After 1 month treament, to compare the classification integral of gastric mucosa on chronic inflammation and motiliny between two groups. Results After treament, there was statistically significant difference on the classification integral of gastric mucosa on chronic inflammation and motiliny between two groups （P0.01）. Conclusion Modified BanxiaxiexinTang have significant effect to chronic gastritis patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp-heat.
