CSF置换及鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜脑炎临床观察分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对结核性脑膜脑炎采用CSF置换及鞘内注药治疗的疗效。方法:对38例结核性脑膜脑炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组22例,对照组16例,观察其治疗效果。结果:两组治疗效果比较,X2=6.67,P<0.01差异具有显着性。结论:采用CSF置换及鞘内注药治疗能有效地控制结核性脑膜炎的炎性反应,激素与抗结核药物联用可提高治疗结脑效果,提高治愈率,缩短疗程及住院天数,降低复发率、病死率。Objective： To analyze the use of tuberculous meningitis and CSF replacement therapeutic effect of intrathecal injection. Methods：38 patients with tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 22 cases, 16 patients in control group to observe the therapeutic effect. Results ： Comparison of two groups, X^2 = 6. 67, P 〈 0. 01 significant difference. Conclusion： CSF and intrathecal injection replacement therapy can effectively control the inflammatory response in tuberculous meningitis, hormones associated with the anti- TB drugs can improve treatment of tuberculous meningitis with the effect of increasing the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment and hospital stay, lower recurrence and mortality.
