摘　　要：总结髂动脉和股动脉闭塞性病变介入手术患者的并发症观察及护理经验。认为持续监测患肢血流变化,观察穿刺部位有无血肿发生;监护抗凝和溶栓后的出血;早期发现肢体远端血栓、血管夹层及血管痉挛发生;识别急性血管闭塞及支架再狭窄征象;加强对有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病病史及高龄患者的观察、监测和护理,是提高术后监护质量的关键。This paper summarizes the complication observation and nursing of patients undergoing interventional operation for iliac artery occlusion and femoral artery occlusion.The key points to improve the quality of postoperative nursing included the following：continuously monitoring the blood flow change of the operated limbs and observing the hematoma formation at the puncture site;monitoring bleeding after anticoagulation and thrombolysis;early detection of thrombosis,vascular dissection and vasospasm at distal arteries;identifying the signs of acute vascular occlusion and stent restenosis;intense observation, monitoring and nursing of the patients with hypertension,coronary artery disease,diabetes and aged patients.
