摘 要:研究了回火处理对C-Cr及C-Cr-V堆焊层硬度的影响,对自制的4种不同合金配比的焊条进行堆焊试验,并对部分试样进行高温回火处理。通过分析试样的组织、合金元素含量及硬度得出结论:回火处理可以明显提高以Cr为主要添加元素的堆焊合金的硬度,而对以V为主要添加元素的堆焊合金的硬度几乎没有影响。The influence of tempering on the hardness of C-Cr and C-Cr-V surfacing layer was investigated. Some samples were surfaced by serf-produced electrodes with a ratio of four different alloys and were tempered at high temperature. The microstructure, alloy content and hardness of the samples were analyzed. The results show that the tempering treatment can significantly improve the hardness of the layer by adding Cr as the main elements of the surfacing alloy, but have a little effect while adding to V as the main element of the surfacing alloy.
